Dear Patients and Friends,
Have you realized it is a month since you made your New Years resolutions! Are you one of those who are still on track or was your commitment a little short?
No matter what your resolutions were, it is always acceptable to start over and try again. The same way it is with health. It has been said to be elusive and something we never miss until we don’t have it. Isn’t it true? We seldom value that which we have until we find we want or need it. The health of each individual should be excellent. That is the least and most each of us should have.
Much like the story of the father who was reading the report card which had just been handed to him by his hopeful son. His brow was wrinkled as he read, “English, poor; French, weak; Mathematics, fair; and he gave a glance of disgust at his son. “Well Dad”, said the son, “it is not as good as it might be, but have you seen that?” as he pointed to the next line, which read: Health, excellent.
Only those who have a sick or crippled child can fully appreciate the thoughts of that young man. Health, excellent-indeed if that be the case with each of you, you’re wealthy indeed. Money cannot buy it and man cannot sell it.
Health is a body functioning as was intended and comes from within the nervous system when it is free to carry on its normal role and deliver the impulses from the
brain to each tissue cell. What is also needed is many vitamins, minerals, essential oils, amino acids and hydration. This creates an optimal environment that leads to optimal function of the millions of biological reactions, which is life.
Keep the nerve system free of pressure, keep it in alignment, moving and in balance.
Imbalance leads to degeneration. Learn to live a normal routine of living, get plenty of rest and relaxation, and eat good wholesome foods to make your body and life a long event.
Yours in health naturally,
Dr. Michael Fritz & Kate Dixon
